The courses:
Flower spot salad: The starter. Flowers, leaves, sunflower seeds and cheese. Bravo!!
Beef cheek cupcakes: The main course. The pink icing is actually piped potatoes with red beet juice. Yummm!
Existential egg: The dessert. Inside the shell are white chocolate mousse and mango puree (made to imitate a soft-boiled egg). :D
